Fade – Fall detector
Currently, most smartphones available on the market have a set of sensors capable of providing relevant information for the detection of certain activities; GPS, accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers and so on.

By generating mathematical algorithms capable of detecting the fall of a person according to the real-time readings provided by the available sensors, the creation of an application for Android-based mobile devices capable of detecting incidents of this type has arisen.

Fade, which is able to run in the background, once it detects a possible fall, emits an alarm signal for the user to intervene and verify that he/she is OK, otherwise the system will automatically contact the person the user has predefined by any of the available means: SMS, MMS, phone call, e-mail, push-mail applications (WhatsApp type).

In the event of a real fall alarm, the location of the device could be obtained from the device’s GPS or, failing that and in order to save battery power, by means of antenna triangulation.
We inform you that it is no longer possible to download Fade from Google Play, as it is no longer compatible with new versions of Android.
API Fade
Fade allows Android developers to use the fall detection algorithm to develop their own app. The easiest way to create your own custom app in a simple way. If you need more information about our API you can contact us through the CONTACT section in the side menu.
