Renewable energy walk

The Renewable Energies Walk is one of ITER’s informative installations, whose main objective is to inform the public about renewable energies and related concepts, such as energy saving and the rational use of resources, all of this in the environment provided by the ITER facilities complex.

This virtual tour has been developed in the framework of the SOSTURMAC project, co-financed by the Territorial Cooperation Programme Interreg Madeira-Azores-Canarias (MAC) 2014-2020 (1st Call). Priority Axis 4 – Conserve and Protect.

ITER Photovoltaics Laboratory

The ITER Photovoltaics Laboratory, known as SiCell Lab, is a state-of-the-art scientific-technological infrastructure designed to contribute to the development and strengthening of new manufacturing techniques for photovoltaic cells based on crystalline silicon and new materials.

Visit this scientific-technical infrastructure of ITER thanks to this virtual teaching tool developed within the framework of the MACLAB-PV project ‘Improvement of R&D&I capacities and infrastructures in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector in the Canary Islands and Senegal’, co-financed by the INTERREG MAC 2014-2020 Programme.
