We have a 24/7 team that performs uninterrupted supervision and incident management 365 days a year.
- Infrastructure monitoring: Continuous supervision is carried out using specific monitoring systems adapted to each type of equipment (data centre infrastructure, transmission equipment, renewable energy generation). In addition, we have several Supervision Systems (BMS and SCADA) that integrate the monitoring of both data centre infrastructure and renewable energy generation.
- Client service monitoring: In addition to the infrastructure, continuous tracking of services provided to our clients is also carried out.
- Incident management: Upon detection of any type of incident in the monitoring system, the incident is recorded and tracked until its closure, in accordance with the service levels agreed with the client.
