prepABEL is a single script combining BASH line commands to grab data from dosage VCF files generated by Michigan Imputation Server and prepare input files to run survival analyses with ProbABEL, a software to do survival analysis relying upon imputed genotyped dosage data. This tool is being used by ITER and its collaborators to analyze the survival of patients affected by idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in an ambitious international project. NanoDJ is a Jupyter notebook integration of tools for simplified manipulation and assembly of DNA sequences produced by Oxford Nanopore Technologies devices.
