Network monitoring centre

We have a team responsible for continuous monitoring and incident management, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitoring is performed continuously using systems suitable to each specific type of equipment (datacentre infrastructure, power transmission equipment, renewable energy generation, etc). In addition, we have several monitoring systems (such as the BMS and SCADA) which combine the monitoring of the data processing systems and renewable energy generation.
  • Client service monitoring: As well as continuously monitoring our facilities, we also oversee the services we provide to our customers.
  • Incident management: Upon detection of any type of incident, this is logged and tracked until it is resolved in accordance with agreed standards of customer service.
