The consortium operates mainly in the Canary Islands region, although it collaborates with entities from other territories within and outside Europe through connections forged with other EDIHs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CIDIHUB (Canary Islands Digital Innovation Hub) <\/strong>was created with the aim of facilitating the digital transformation of Canary Islands SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>With its recognition in 2022 as a European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) in the European \u201cDigital Europe\u201d call for proposals, CIDIHUB has achieved the European seal of excellence, as well as receiving European funding to strengthen its structure with the participation of the main regional and island players in areas of greatest impact in the Canary Islands, such as Digital Transformation, the Blue Economy and Sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>CIDIHUB offers free services to SMEs in the Canary Islands through co-financing received from the European Union, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, and the Canary Islands Agency for Research, Innovation and the Information Society (ACIISI). These services are structured into four broad blocks, which can be consulted in detail on the initiative&#8217;s website (<a href=\"https:\/\/cidihub.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/cidihub.org\/<\/a>): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnosis, strategy, digital solutions, testing and technological validation. This block includes actions such as digital maturity diagnosis, preparation of a digitalisation strategy, assistance with R&amp;D&amp;I, access to infrastructure and resources for proof of concept, and more. <\/li>\n<li>Investment for digitisation. The CIDIHUB consortium provides support in the search for sources of funding for the development, implementation and validation of digital solutions, as well as other private sources and R&amp;D&amp;I calls at different scales, among other services. <\/li>\n<li>Training in digital skills. One of the lines of work is training in digital skills. To this end, training activities are organised to promote these skills and competences.  <\/li>\n<li>Ecosystem for innovation, networking and entrepreneurship. CIDIHUB promotes the creation of networks to connect with public and private agents, companies and professionals for the promotion, growth and development of initiatives, companies and ideas in the field of digitalisation.. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Canary Islands Digital Innovation Hub, CIDIHUB, is made up of a consortium that brings together multiple organisations and centres of expertise specialising in business digitalisation, providing key infrastructure and resources for the digital transformation of private companies and public entities.
