These tools will strengthen the volcanic early warning system in the Canary Islands, which will be configured as a \u201cnatural laboratory\u201d of excellence in volcanic surveillance. <\/p>\n<p>The project also foresees the creation of a web interface for the visualization of the processed data that can be used by the civil protection authorities as well as by the general public.<\/p>\n<p>This project is co-funded by the <strong>State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023<\/strong>, within the framework of <strong>R&amp;D&amp;I projects in strategic lines 2022<\/strong> (PLEC2022-009271), the Volcanological Institute of the Canary Islands (INVOLCAN) and the Institute of Technology and Renewable Energies (ITER).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The objective of this project, led by INVOLCAN and in which ITER participates, is to implement a system for the automatic analysis of volcanic monitoring data.
