This type of service is designed for clients who wish to host their technology platforms in a secure, robust, and highly available environment. To this end, D-ALiX offers various housing options, depending on each client&#8217;s needs:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Racks.<\/li>\n<li>Private cage.<\/li>\n<li>Private suite.<\/li>\n<li>Private room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"15\" data-lineheight=\"45px\">Remote hands.<\/h3>\n<p>Our technicians have the experience and training to meet the specific requirements of our customers and are available 24x7x365. Some of the interventions that our technicians can perform are: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any task that requires the presence of a level 1 technician, who will carry out the tasks according to the client&#8217;s instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Reception of customer equipment, as well as imaging of data centre equipment and space.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-connect from the customer&#8217;s equipment to the patch panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"15\" data-lineheight=\"45px\">Data Warehouse<\/h3>\n<p>In order to offer a service as adapted as possible to our customers, D-ALiX has warehouses where customers can store their materials.
