Contracting Company Profile
In compliance with Article 42 of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, the Institute of Technology and Renewable Energies (ITER) publishes a Contractor Profile on its website. This profile provides all information on the award procedure of contracts to be tendered, whether voluntary or legally compulsory, in compliance with principles governing all Public Sector Procurement Contracts of equality, transparency, competition and advertising.

NOTE:
In compliance with Article 143.2 of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, ITER set a deadline of fifteen days for the submission of proposals. However, due to the complexity of the project and as requested by the companies interested in the bidding, the deadline for the submission of proposals has been extended, establishing a new deadline until 18:00 pm May 24, 2010.
